DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION IS March 25th to avoid fees.
All registration fees include some meals associated with the conference, except for breakfast.
Convenience fee is added to online registrations to cover credit card processing fees.

4th Annual Minne-National Conference takes place at the Mermaid Event Center with 20 CEUs offered April 17-19, 2026. Address for the Mermaid Event Center is 2200 Mounds View Blvd, MN 55112.

Hotel accommodations available for out-of-town travelers. The hotel is adjoined to the Mermaid Event Center. Call the AmericInn by Wyndam in Mounds View, 763-786-2000, to reserve you room under the Minnesota State Society of Medical Assistants room block. Sign-in for conference each day, 6-7am Friday and Saturday, 7-8am on Sunday. Sign-in near entrance of conference room at Mermaid Event Center.

Friday and Saturday will wrap up 4:30-5pm.

Sunday will wrap up around 12-12:30pm, with those doing CPR knowledge and skills testing, being done around 2:30pm.

Lunch provided on Friday and Saturday, along with Hors d’oeuvres on Friday at 3pm, with a cash bar.

MN State Society of Assistants Annual Meeting is Saturday, April 18th immediately following morning CEU sessions. MN Medical State Society of Medical Assistants members attendance is important, but All ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND!
