(UPDATED 4/20/20) The Annual State Meeting will be postponed until the fall conference in October. All state business, with the exception of the election of delegates and state officers, will be postponed until the October conference.
The board meeting scheduled for April 24 will be for the purpose of electing delegates and state officers only and only the following members are required to attend: those who have submitted their names for delegate or a state officer position (president-elect or treasurer) and Executive Board members (State President, President-Elect, Secretary, Treasurer, and Immediate Past President).
Committee Chairs and Chapter Presidents please submit your reports to State President, Dawn Verdon or State Secretary, Cherie Miller, by Wednesday 4/22 for posting on the MSMA website. It is optional for board members (chapter presidents and committee chair) to attend. The three MSMA scholarship recipients selected will be announced and invited to attend the October luncheon and recognized during the meeting.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through this unique time. All hotel rooms booked for the spring conference have been cancelled.
